My stay at The Park Lane Hong Kong was mostly wonderful, with really good service from the Executive Floor team and a great location right by Victoria Park. The rooms were cozy and upgraded, making it a pleasure to return after exploring the city. However, I did notice some issues like dim lighting in parts of the hotel and occasional crowding in the check-in area.

I had a wonderful three-night stay at The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection. The location was fantastic, near the MTR and surrounded by shopping options, making it very convenient. I loved my room upgrade to a Deluxe Executive Room, although it was unfortunate that lounge access wasn’t included. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were incredibly attentive and made my experience truly enjoyable despite minor hiccups with housekeeping.
